MarineLab can provide you with marine science field trips for your students or a teacher workshop for your own continuing education!

Our self-contained coastal facility is surrounded by the protected marine environments of the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary, Everglades National Park, and John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park. This location provides us easy access to the seagrass and mangrove communities and the only bank coral reef off the continental United States.

MarineLab's blend of ecology discussions, hands-on investigations, and snorkeling field observations are very effective in teaching ecology concepts to students from 5th grade through college.We have just had our program components correlated with all 50 states and National Science Standards.
