Zoo & Aquarium Educators Workshop

February 5 - 7, 2019

A special MarineLab workshop just for zoo and aquarium educators! We want you to learn more about the seagrass, mangrove, and coral reef ecology of the Florida Keys, so that you can share that information with your students at your home facility. We also hope that you will consider bringing your summer campers to us for an unmatched field experience!

The Florida Keys and the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary are the home of the only coral reef in the continental United States. We're located in Key Largo, a little over an hour south of Miami and easily accessible from just about anywhere in the US! Our waterfront campus includes a fleet of US Coast Guard inspected Passenger Vessels to transport participants to the field snorkeling sites, classrooms and labs for evening programs, air-conditioned dormitories and an on-site cafeteria that can cater to almost every dietary restriction or preference. Our staff are experienced, our attention to safety is unmatched, and our curriculum is engaging and up to date.

We invite you to experience a MarineLab program for yourself!
